Finally use your yarn.

Your stash isn’t a failure — it’s just yarn that hasn’t found its project yet.
Your fix isn’t more yarn advice — it’s permission and a nudge, sized to fit around real life.
No pressure either way — the details are all here.
Almost every crocheter has the same pile.
Almost every crocheter has the same pile: partial skeins, full skeins, and at least one blanket that’s been 90% done for years.
The stash isn’t a to-do list, and it’s not proof of anything. It’s just yarn that hasn’t found its project yet.
“Mine is a chaotic mix of partial skeins, full skeins, orphan motifs, and blankets that are 90% done and have been for years.”
— Lauren, and probably you tooNever lose your place again.
Every SBC membership includes PatternTrack — paste a pattern, tap through it, never lose your place. Try a sample below.
That’s the whole trick — tap as you go, and PatternTrack always knows exactly where you left off, even if it’s been three weeks.
The honest part.
Here’s the thing I believe about that pile: it’s not a to-do list, and you don’t need another thing telling you to be more productive about your hobby.
Here’s the part that matters, friend: the Collective is built backwards from what usually kills stash challenges — pressure.
Most stash challenges
- Big goals and streaks to keep
- Falls apart the first week you miss
- Quietly guilts you for “falling behind”
The Stash Buster Collective
- One small challenge a month
- Weekly prompts, never assignments
- Come back anytime — nobody asks where you’ve been
low-pressure, on purpose
The Stash Buster Collective
A low-pressure online community — one small challenge a month, weekly prompts, and a curated library of stash-busting patterns.
It starts small and grows — I’d rather add patterns worth making than promise a monthly drop.

Everything your membership includes
One small challenge a month
Stash-focused, sized so it fits around real life, not on top of it.
Weekly prompts
Little nudges to pick the yarn up. Never assignments.
A growing pattern library
Stash-busting crochet patterns I curate. It starts small and grows.
Full access to PatternTrack
Unlimited everything — paste any written pattern and tap through it without losing your place.
What this actually changes
The pile stops being a silent judgment and starts being a resource.
Small, stash-sized challenges are easier to actually complete.
PatternTrack remembers your row even if you put a project down for a month.
A community built around the exact thing you’ve been quietly dealing with alone.
What locking in the founding price is worth
Here’s the honest math on locking in founding pricing now versus joining later.
Who’s behind it
I’m Lauren — I ran Yarn Bits Shop’s crochet subscription boxes for years. I closed them because running it solo was burning me out, and then I had a big life change (a baby!). But I never stopped crocheting, and I never stopped thinking about the problem the boxes were quietly making bigger: more yarn coming in than going out.
The Collective is the opposite of a box. Nothing new arrives. We use what’s already there.
Try it without risking anything but two weeks
Both prices are real; I’m telling you both up front so you can decide with the whole picture.
Join, look around, try the first prompt. If it’s not for you, email me within 14 days of joining and I’ll refund your first payment, no questions asked. After that, cancel any time — it’s self-serve right from your account, no email required. You’ll keep access until your next billing date, then it ends, and you won’t be charged again.

Fair. Let’s talk about it.
Straight answers, friend.
“What if this isn’t really for me?”
Fair question. The honest test: if your stash has ever made you feel a little guilty, this was built with you in mind. If not, no hard feelings — no pressure either way.
“Is there a free trial?”
No — membership is paid from day one. The 14-day refund on your first payment is the honest version of the same promise: real access to everything, and a full first-payment refund if it’s not your thing. No hoops.
“What’s in the pattern library right now?”
It starts small and grows. I add stash-busting patterns as I find and make ones worth your yarn — no filler to hit a monthly quota. If a big library on day one is what you’re after, honestly, wait a few months and check back; founding pricing may be gone by then, but the patterns will still be here.
“Why pay when there are free crochet groups on Facebook?”
Free groups are great for some things — I’m not knocking them. This is a different thing: a curated pattern library built for stash yarn, PatternTrack included, and challenges actually sized so you finish them, not just a feed to scroll.
Questions? Answered.
Is this knitting too?
No — crochet only. Every pattern in the library and every challenge is crochet. If you’re a knitter who also crochets, you’re welcome; the knitting side of your stash is on its own.
Do I need to be fast, or good?
Neither. The challenges are small on purpose, and prompts are invitations, not homework. A granny square counts. A single motif counts.
How do I get PatternTrack access?
It’s included in your membership at no extra cost. After you join, sign up in PatternTrack with the same email you used for SBC and I’ll switch on unlimited access. It’s a web app — nothing to install from an app store.
What if I join and then life happens?
Cancel any time — it’s self-serve right from your account, no email required. You’ll keep access until your next billing date, then it ends, and you won’t be charged again. The patterns you’ve already downloaded are yours; files on your device don’t vanish.
What happens after founding closes?
The Collective stays open — nothing about it disappears. What ends is the $17 founding price: once the first 100 spots are taken or October 1 arrives, whichever comes first, new members join at $27 a month. Founding members keep $17 for as long as they stay. So there’s no pressure to decide today — just an honest difference in what you’ll pay.
Finally use your yarn.
If you’ve read this far and it’s still a maybe — that’s a fine answer, friend. The emails will keep coming either way, and the Collective isn’t going anywhere.
Founding pricing — $17/month, locked for as long as you stay — is open to the first 100 members or until October 1, 2026, whichever comes first. After that it’s $27/month. Both are real; there’s no fake countdown here, just an honest one.
